Job description

As a data entry operator, you are responsible to make sure that the data entered in a system or software must be accurate and up to date. This role requires you to work extensively on excel and our inhouse tool for uploading files/Data. This is also partially a customer facing role where you need to interact with customers, understand their business needs, and based on business type, upload the data in the system. This role is challenging as it requires, sharp understanding of business processes and excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Skills and Experience

Open for fresher and experienced people

Knowledge of Windows, Ms Office (Excel and Word), Internet Email

Excellent typing skills

Good Excel skills is a must and should have a basic understanding of excel formula (Vlookup, Hlookup, Countifs, Concat etc)

Should be able to read & write English

Highly organized with ability to prioritize and multitask

Flexibility and willingness to work irrespective of work hrs
