Role Summary:

Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for product selection, quotes, tendering and order acquisition activities by closely working with customers, sales team, operations and other stake holders in fulfilling booking targets and in alignment with company strategies

Position Description: The role will primarily accountable for the following activities –

• Tendering, costing, quoting for pump OE to obtain orders.

• Interact with customers / Sales / Operations on technical issues and attend queries.

• Review customer terms & conditions and advice on amendments required.

• Monitor and report bookings & margin intakes as per the expected market share and goals

• Release factory order on a timely manner from the receipt of LOI/P.O. and achieve quality of Factory Order

• Achieve On time performance for Proposal submission

• Ensure SAP approval before Order receipt & Vision net Compliance

• Ensure compliance to update proposal log on Vision Net on a timely basis.

• Adhere to Flowserve Values, Business Ethics & Code of Conduct.

• Achieve/exceed team performance

Position Requirements: Graduate Engineer with 2-4 years of proven experience in leading OE manufacturing MNCs in rotary equipment. Exceptional customer orientation, communication and collaborative skills, within & outside the company. Should have technical and commercial acumen; and product/ market knowledge in pumps and rotary equipment to understand and serve customer needs.
