Role Summary: Position Description:

• Manage incidents raised for the enterprise-level Appian BPM workflow applications. Ensure good services to users and SLA compliance.
• Maintain Appian process models, SAIL interfaces, data structure, and integration points.
• Monitor system including application performance, health check, integration status. Provide solutions and coordination with respective IT teams to address issues.
• Maintains database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems.
• Planning, execution and coordination of Appian hotfixes, quarterly releases, and infrastructure patching. Keep application and database versions up to the latest available.
• Address any required needs from our IT Architecture and Security groups in a timely manner.
• Maintain system documentation.
• Provide regular updates of project progress and outstanding issues

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related discipline with an Information Technology focus.
• 5+ years of experience working in an IT environment.
• 2+ years of experience with development using the Appian platform
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to effectively communicate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Able to multi-task in high pressure, time-constrained situations, as well as influence when and where appropriate.
• Strong knowledge in SQL and relational database design.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferences:

• Database experience writing queries in SQL and maintaining a MS SQL back-end
• Experience with integrations using REST APIs and experience working with Boomi
• Experience with data mapping and data migration
