FlyHi Financial Services Ltd. is an Asset-lite, tech forward NBFC, focused on bridging gaps between India’s Burgeoning Education Sector. Flyhi will be providing highly affordable education lending products ranging from Loans K-12 schooling and coaching classes to flexible funding options for Higher education, professional and Vocational skill development. Flyhi Loans will be fully digital and paperless accessible via 5-minute web application process and administered through a network of partnered institutes.

What you should have:

• Candidate having degree from recognised university/Institute is preferred.
• You have strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others and high commercial awareness.
• Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets with high resilience.
• Unparalleled bias for action with an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Responsible for bringing new alliances with K12 Schools, Colleges, Universities, Coaching, Tuition, Vocational courses classes Institutes for the business development for sourcing retail customers for educational lending products.
• Manage end to end sales cycle – presentation, commercial negotiation, defining Institute’s scope of work, coordination with internal team to ensure timely go live.
• Prepare necessary sales reports and MIS on a routine basis.

Reporting: Reporting to Business Head

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
