• Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels (verbal and written).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word is a must) & mail merge.
• Excellent communication skills on emails.
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Maintaining potential customer databases & documents. Responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility and with confidential matters
• Be conversant with the various Laws
• Preparation and execution of various agreements
• Monitoring of company cases
• Liasoning with the clients
• Sending Quotations.
• Resolve the issue of shortage and damage consignment.
• Track the consignment delivery with client.
• Reply all mails
