Job Description
- Excellent interpersonal communication at all levels (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word is a must) & mail merge.
- Excellent communication skills on emails.
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Maintaining potential customer databases & documents. Responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to cope with high levels of responsibility and with confidential matters
- Be conversant with the various Laws
- Preparation and execution of various agreements
- Monitoring of company cases
- Liasoning with the clients
- Sending Quotations.
- Resolve the issue of shortage and damage consignment.
- Track the consignment delivery with client.
- Reply all mails
