Overview:
The Asia Pacific Division has an opening for the position of an Administrative Assistant to be based in the Bangalore office.
Reporting to the Engineering Processing Manager (EPM), the successful incumbent will enjoy working as part of a dedicated team, within the field engineering department, providing support to the field operations and office administration.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
Manages front desk reception, including visitor management.
Handles call management in a timely and professional manner.
Manages office administrative work, facilities and vendor management.
Assists Field Engineers (FEs) in scheduling client visits, preparation & mailing of documents to clients.
Supports FEs and group manager – field engineering in risk improvement efforts, by following up with clients regarding the status of recommendations.
Qualifications:Position Requirements:
With a minimum in Diploma or its equivalent qualification, applicants should be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience or attributes:
More than 3 years of administrative and scheduling experience supporting a work group;
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English;
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Good interpersonal skills;
Ability to proactively address routine issues with little guidance.
