• The candidates would assist all department Head. Dynamic, young professionals who are articulate, computer literate, fluent in English and have good communication typing skills. Female candidates will be preferred.
• Handling Correspondence, sending receiving E – mails.
• Coordinating with service team and maintaining call registers .
• Typing work on computer
• Prepare and maintain various records, files and work materials.
• Processing all outgoing communication in the form of emails, letter and dispatch of courier.
• Manage all communication and To- do list for the Director.
• Responsible for providing both clerical , sectretarial and administrative support to colleagues and company directors.
• Orders and maintains office supplies.
• Scheduling and fixing appointments and meetings.
• Organising accommodations and travel booking for travelling managers,suppliers and director.
• Keeps office clean and organized to promote an efficient working environment.
• Attendance Management etc

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
