Good understanding on static routing.

Good knowledge on switching protocol, VTP, HSRP, GLBP, STP, ARP.

Good knowledge of Cisco router and switches hardware configuration.

Good understanding on switching VLANs

Good understanding on L2 and L3 VLANs.

Good understanding on trunk, access VLANs and voice VLANs

Good understanding on Access-lists, NAT.

Able to configure sub-interfaces on routers.

Able to upgrade routers and switches IOS through TFTP and XModem.

Able to configure Cisco routers and switches.

Able to troubleshoot Cisco router Switch and Firewall.
