Job Description
- Troubleshooting: Identifying, logging, and resolving technical issues with software, hardware, and networks
- Installation: Setting up new computers, operating systems, and software
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on computers, networks, and peripherals
- Training: Helping new employees learn how to use a company’s software and apps
- Monitoring: Monitoring the performance of a company’s desktop infrastructure and making suggestions for improvement
- Documentation: Creating, maintaining, and distributing reports of progress to senior leadership
- Customer service: Providing customer service to users inside and outside the company
- Escalation: Escalating client-related or technical issues with senior staff or management when necessary
