Candidate Qualifications & Expectations

Education: B.E. (C.S)/B. Tech (C.S)/ M. Sc (IT)/ MCA / MBA
Experience: 1 – 2 year as ERP Functional Consultant

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in full life cycle ERP Implementation in manufacturing domain.

You will be primarily responsible for:

Understanding Business Requirements, Business Objectives and Expectations
Preparing Requirement Documents, Identifying the Gaps, Design & Configure Solutions, Conducting Pilot Run, End-User Training
Planning & Collaboration for ERP Implementation by adopting Project Management Best Practices

You should be well versed with:

Requirement Gathering and Preparing Documents
Problem Solving Techniques
Business Process Mapping & ERP Configuration
Conducting Design Discussions and Reviews
Software Project Management Best Practices
Conducting Meetings, Trainings, Presentations
