1. Experience in Mainframe domain (such as COBOL, JCL, DB2, TELON, Endevor, etc..,)

2. Experience working on an agile development team

3.Excellent time management skills, ability to comfortably manage multiple, high priority

assignments at one time.

4. Effective communication skills.

5. Willingness to learn new things and innovate

6. Experience with or knowledge of Finance systems, architecture and business processes

wiIl be an added advantage

1. Works closely with business and stakeholders to understand new requirements and

enhancement requests

2. Translates business requirements into solution specifications by working and refining user

stories with product owner & product manager

3. Requirement gathering and Impact analysis for the change requests in the product (EU

New Vehicle Invoicing – EuroVAC)

4. Development, Unit, functional and Integration testing for the projects/CR’s across

multiple products.

5. Utilize the Agile methodology to develop software for the application

6. Lead or actively participate in all team agile ceremonies , Backlog

Refinement / Iteration Planning, Stand-up, Iteration Closure, Iteration Retrospective

7. Ensure that appropriate security and controls are adhered .

8. Ensure appropriate use of Ford IT processes, tools and methodologies within application.

9. Troubleshoot and fix the issue(s) in production within the agreed SLA

10. Implement or assist the team on the corrective measure(s) to reduce the production

issues and defects
