Distributor Facing Role to support all aspects relating Global Fleet Sales (US, AP , ME and EU GFS Teams). Need to work within in multiple timezones to support.
Support assigned distributor with evaluating production and sales forecasts that are realistic and consistent with company targets
Ensure wholesale completed on a monthly basis based on optimized sales & stock as well as profitability (in line with sales and order plans)
Ensure assigned dealer/distributor delivers on monthly production and ideal order mix and manage orders to Delivery
Require full apprehension of Distributor Contract, Rules of Eligibility and Trade Control to support required compliance with Ford Motor Company
Liaise with Finance Teams to support with pricing strategies
Comparisons, evaluation of product and product offering.
Develop unique PCV offerings to support GFS Business Requirements. Liaise with various Order Guide Teams (Globally)
Support and help with problem solving on shipment routes
Support with creation of WIQS quote for NA Source and Manage WIQs quotes process for Non-NA Source.
Manage GFIN Enrollment Process to ensure alignment with the GFIN Program requirements as well as with approved customer requirements which include RPS Screening
Support with cascading of PCV for Donor Markets
Monitor Global fleet sales performance on a monthly basis to meet objectives
Manage and maintain department governance and compliance.
Manage the internal audit process and activities.
Support with development of new business and growth opportunities
Manage and monitor Order to Delivery
Support IT Query problem solving related to GFS Workarounds
