Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification Proactive in continuous improvements in line for achieving high efficiency targets with zero-defect quality.

• Lead process/quality improvements and Liaising with supporting departments for completion.
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data.
• Operation standard updation & performing ISO related activities.
• Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Perform process simulations.
• Manage cost and time constraints.
• Perform risk assessments. Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
• Perform TDM Task.

Competencies / Skills:

• Should have hands-on experience of programming and operating of CNC HMC, VMC, Turning, and CNC Grinding machines.
• Should have hands-on knowledge of spindle functioning/ correction, tool change, tool setting, machine accuracy setting, alignment setting & component accuracy setting.

Education Qualification : Engineering Degree – Mechanical

Number of Years of Experience. : 6 To 8 year of experience.

Professional Exposure : Responsible for manufacturing of in-house engine components (Cyl. Block, Cyl. Head & Crank Shaft) within specified quality standards. Will be responsible to meet organizational targets in terms of safety, productivity / quality, cost & moral in a mass production setup.

Skill & Knowledge requirement. : Handling People and interpersonal skills with Automobile Knowledge,

Any Other requirement : CNC machines operations/maintenance skills.
