Set governance processes for timely review & feedback, leading to highest level of quality conformity in Supply chain related activities • Apply Statistical Quality Engineering principles and methods to establish quality metrics and measurement systems, and enable continuous improvement • Issue “Corrective Action Request”(CAR) for identified “non-conformities” or “near-miss” events • Perform Root cause analysis & recommend PCA(Permanent Corrective Actions) & ICA(Interim Containment Actions) • Develop strong “Prevent Recurrence Action”(PRA) plans and sign-off from relevant stake-holders • Track, monitor & report status of implementation of corrective actions to support closure of NCs • Be a strong CFT player by balancing the agility needed for Business, while creating a culture for process & procedural adherence • Ensure Work deliverables are met on a Weekly & Monthly basis; present status in Leadership forums • Demonstrate “can-do” attitude and behaviours • Demonstrate ability to stretch for Departmental activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(Mech./Automobile/EEE/Prod. Preferred) with good understanding of Purchasing and/or Quality (or) • Diploma Holders(Mech/Automobile/Prod./EEE Preferred) with good understanding of Purchasing and/or Quality
- Experience in the arena of Quality assurance/control/auditing. Exposure in Supply chain(Purchasing) quality domain will be an added advantage • Good team player • Excellent communication skills(written and spoken) • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Powerpoint and higher level skills highly regarded) • Ability to plan workload and manage time to respond to business needs • Flexibility to work in different shift timings per business needs
