  • Handle Wholesale, Accounts servicing and Vehicle liquidation activities for Ford motor credit retail loan/ lease customers in North

America within stipulated timelines

  • Perform critical activities like extending contract term, due date change, payment processing, terminating lease contracts and

servicing the contracts for lease customers

  • Look for process improvement opportunities with new ideas and innovative mindset to augment the process standards which will

add value to the end customers

.Contribute to the productivity consistently (average transactions daily / monthly) while maintaining 100% quality
