Requirements

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ForgeRock IAM Specialist with 5 to 9 years of experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. The successful candidate will have handson expertise in implementing ForgeRock technologies particularly OpenIDM and OpenAM to deliver robust identity management solutions. This role requires deep technical skills strong problemsolving capabilities and the ability to design implement and support IAM solutions that meet high availability security and integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identity and Access Management (IAM) Implementation:

   • Lead the implementation of at least two IAM engagements from requirements gathering to deployment and support ensuring comprehensive identity lifecycle management.
   • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and deliver secure IAM solutions based on business needs.

2. ForgeRock Installation and Configuration:

   • Install configure and manage ForgeRock OpenIDM and OpenAM products in high availability mode.
   • Ensure seamless integration of applications with ForgeRock OpenAM for Single SignOn (SSO) session management coarsegrain authorization and password management solutions.

3. Advanced ForgeRock Features:

   • Develop advanced ForgeRock OpenAM features including authentication chains custom postauthentication plugins (PAP) custom authentication modules and login screens.
   • Implement adaptive access management and stepup authentication to meet specific security requirements.

4. Partner Integration for SSO:

   • Integrate partners from different domains to achieve SSO using industry standards such as SAML OAuth and WSFederation on the ForgeRock OpenAM platform.

5. System Integration with ForgeRock OpenIDM:

   • Integrate ForgeRock OpenIDM with various target systems including LDAP (OpenDJ Active Directory) databases CSV files applications with REST APIs and cloudbased applications.

6. Custom Workflow Development:

   • Develop and deploy custom workflows using the BPMN engine in ForgeRock OpenIDM to support complex IAM scenarios.

7. Solution Architecture:

   • Architect solutions for identity lifecycle management access request workflows SSO federation and adaptive access management using ForgeRock products.
   • Provide guidance on IAM best practices including secure integration and custom IAM workflows.

8. Technical Expertise:

   • Proficient in scripting languages such as Groovy and JavaScript for developing custom IAM solutions.
   • Experience with key technologies such as LDAP SSL RDBMS and Linux.
   • Strong understanding of web/application servers (IIS WebSphere WebLogic JBoss Apache) and their integration with ForgeRock.

9. Development & Custom IAM Integrations:

   • Lead handson development tasks including sizing estimations and delivery of custom IAM integrations tailored to client requirements.

10. Documentation & SDLC Processes:

    • Create comprehensive documentation and presentations to articulate IAM solutions architecture and project status to stakeholders.
    • Adhere to software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and ensure compliance with Agile methodologies.

11. Training & Proof of Concept (PoC) Initiatives:

    • Plan create and deliver advanced IAM training sessions for teams and clients.
    • Independently drive proof of concept (PoC) initiatives involving emerging IAM technologies to evaluate their potential impact on the business.

12. Communication & Collaboration:

    • Ensure excellent communication with clients team members and crossfunctional teams to facilitate seamless IAM project delivery.
    • Provide clear technical documentation and maintain transparent communication regarding project progress and solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications:

  • Certifications in IAM technologies (e.g. ForgeRock certification).
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification.
  • Exposure to other security domains and technologies.

• Process Frameworks:

  • Experience with process frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL Agile and DevOps for effective IAM implementations.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Advanced documentation and presentation skills for conveying technical solutions and project details.

Qualification:

• Education:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (B.Tech M.Tech MS).
  • MBA is an added advantage.
