Key Responsibilities:
Chat and Email coordination with customers
Effective communication via mail/chat
Assist digital team with online campaigns.
Protecting brand image and reputation in the market.
Provide real-time support
Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
Good communication (verbal & written)
Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
Customer-centric attitude
Maintain accurate records
Qualification : 12th Pass and Any Graduate can apply with Excellent Communication English.
