· Greet customers and provide excellent customer service from the time vehicle enters service center till the vehicle has been serviced and delivered.
· Being the one point of contact between the customer and the dealership.
· Understanding the concerns that the customer has in their vehicle and noting down the same.
· Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.
· Quality control and preparation for vehicle delivery
· Vehicle on time delivery and billing to customer
· Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
