Job Description
Organization: For a BankDesignation: Unit Manager – LegalLocation: Bangalore Job Responsibilities:
- Should be well versed with Law of contracts, banking law, law related to IPR.
- Providing legal advice that includes all aspects of analysis, research and drafting
- Drafting, vetting and negotiation of various contracts and documents such as:
- third party vendor agreement,
- service agreement,
- software licensing agreement
- business correspondence agreement
- lease agreement, Leave & license agreement,
- NDA,
- MOU
- Letters & LOI etc
- Representing the company in negotiating contracts with client
- Preparation of research reports
- Assist the legal department in day to day functioning.
