FreeUp App Hiring for Customer Service Executive at Remote Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers inquiries via live chat, email, phone and social media.
• Build a sustainable relationship of trust and respect with customers by maintaining a positive and empathetic behaviour at all times.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer across the organization to identify product improvements.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and take ownership of issues and have the determination to follow through.
• Work with the management to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed about any changes in the company policies.
• Understand and meet your KPI’s and customer service metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
• Work as a results-driven team member with strong attention to customer experience and commitment to quality customer service.
• Have good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally and at all levels and should be a team player.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Good command of English & Hindi (both oral and written).
• Good to have experience in working with customer success.
• Rotational shift , no fixed Saturday & Sunday off

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month
