About the role:

As a part of our operations team, you’re going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day to day basis, this means:

• Manage and keep the the existing data clean
• Enriching the data set
• Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
• Scan documents and print files, when needed
• Keep information confidential
• Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
• Comply with data integrity and security policies

We are looking for someone who:

• Is able to connect the dots between data and business value
• Has strong understanding of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing data sets
• Has strong attention to detail
• Can manage a large data set
• Can write basic formulas in Excel (e.g. if statements, vlookups) to speed up data enrichment
• Is proactive and believes it’s always on you to make sure anything you do is a success
• Is in love with a challenge and revel in solving problems and want a job that pushes you out of your comfort zone
• Is goal-oriented and is incredibly ambitious. You’re dedicated to a long-term vision of who you are and where you want to go
• Is calm under pressure: You have a sense of urgency but channel it into productively working through any issues
• Is able to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Is a strong communicator (both written and verbal) and able to summarize progress made as well as any blockers

The ideal candidate must have:

• 2-3 years of experience in data entry or equivalent training
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)

Additional details:

• You will be working in the US shifts
• This is a Work From Home role

What you can expect from us:

• Competitive annual salary of around 6-8 LPA

Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
