Frozen Iris Looking For Founder’s Office Intern at Remote Full Time

We’re looking for someone who is excited to work with startups and loves to deal with ambiguity. Here, you will receive the opportunity to work with the founder and core team of Frozen Iris to get a broader view of our business and design operations. This internship role involves a variety of tasks from understanding our domain, identifying problems, setting priorities, crafting solutions and implementing internal projects to meet the strategic goals of the organisation.

If you’re creative & goal-oriented, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. You’ll be compensated between INR 10k – 15k per month, for a minimum period of 3 months, based on the expertise showcased in the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Identify strategic problems and potential issues by discussing it with the internal and external stakeholders of the company
• Collect, analyse and facilitate information to the Founder’s Office for efficient decision making
• Work with sales and design teams to help find ways to create cost-effective business processes that will attract new customers
• Discuss insights and solutions with the team to implement solutions

What’s required?

• A final or pre-final year student with any Undergraduate Degree
• Data-driven creative thinker
• Proficient in any statistical tools like SPSS or Excel
• Affinity with quantitative and qualitative research tools
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
