Creative Mind and Dynamic PersonalityAdvance ExcelFluency in EnglishGreet and welcome guests, our clients are high profile Architects, Builders, Dealers, Interior DesignersEnsure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveriesMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stockUpdate calendars and schedule meetingsWe are furniture manufacturing company in Pune majorly upholstery sofa, beds, recliners and many more in premium segment.
