JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Accounting Entries in Tally like purchase, logistics, expenses, receipts, payments, salary, F&F settlements, Director’s Imprest, journals, sales, capex etc

• Banks Reconciliation

• Stock valuation and related entries

• Year End Audit involvement

• Sending SOA’s to clients and their reconciliations

• Clients payments follow ups on email

• Accounts database updation

• Generating/Making Sale Invoices and Payment Application

• Preparation of Payment Advise

• Client Letter of Credit docs preparation

• Stock Verification

• SOA review of Supplier and reconciliation ( RAW Material , Logistic , Consumables etc)

• VAT/GST Return Data Preparation

• Involvement in Internal Audit of Accounts and Accounting Systems and reporting

• Monthly Management reporting

• Budgets variations tracking and reporting

• Monthly Financial Statements preparation

• Projects Profitability

• Process Profitability

• Accounts Books review

• Clients Letter of Credit review

• Payroll review and booking

• Debtors Ledger scrutiny and ageing report

• Contracts review

• Finance System developments and automation

• Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with the customer.
• Secure financial data via data backups and security monitoring.
• Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation; issuing stop payments, payments, or adjustments.

Note : The person must be excellent in Tally ERP.
