Job Description

As an Electrical Sales Engineer, you will be working as an evangelist for Futurehook. Using your communication and technical skills, you will be taking the story of our brand to the world. You will be building cordial and long-lasting relationships with customers, Architects and every other person associated with the Project.

Job Roles

• Provide technical presentations to C-Level customers.
• Coordinate electrical implementation at customer’s sites.
• Provide post-sale technical support.
• Generate leads through various marketing campaigns.
• Travelling to visit potential Clients/ Architects.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Analyzing electrical drawings and make proposals accordingly.
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
• Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Collaborating with the design, production, engineering, or research and development departments of the company to determine how products and services could be made or modified to suit the needs of the customer.

Requirements

• The candidate should know how to electrify a home.

• Good communication and technical skills.

• The candidate should have strong presentation skills.

• The candidate should be willing to travel almost every day to attend sites/ Meetings.

• The candidate should be proficient in English and Hindi.

• A solid technical background.

• Teamworking ability.

• The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.

• The candidate must have a 2 Wheeler and driving license.

• Independence and self-reliance.

• Confidentiality Skills: Understanding of which information, documents, and data is confidential and ability to maintain confidentiality.
