FutureWorks Media Ltd Hiring for Accountant (NEW) at Mumbai Full Time

We are looking for an ambitious Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.

You could be an ideal candidate if you have a bachelor’s degree in account and a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a medium size accounting firm. Not only do you need to have proficiency using a computer and advanced knowledge of Excel and other accounting software programs. Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills in addition to the ability to keep information confidential are also key for this position.

Responsibilities

• Daily Entries in Tally

• Matching and doing Entries in Zoho Books

• Maintaining Fixed Asset Register

• Preparing Reports for Managers

• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

• Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures

• Credit Card Payment management

• Managing Monthly payment dues of Electricity / Telephone bill

• Monthly Employees Reimbursement (Food & Conveyance)

• Managing Amazon monthly Invoices

• Managing Fixed Assets

• FCL

• Experience Required 0 to 5 years

• IPCC Passed preferred

• Good Communication Skills

• Knowledge in Tally

• Knowledge in Zoho Books

• Excellent Excel Skills

• Commerce or Equivalent

• Basic Understanding of TDS and GST is a plus
