Futwork is looking for a Team Lead – Voice Process to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses;

Delegate tasks and set deadlines;

Monitor team performance;

Organize team initiatives;

Resolve conflict;

Coach team members;

Identify team goals and evaluate team progress.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience of 6 months or 1 year in voice process;

Resolve conflict;

Excellent communication skills;

Good PC skills;

Coach team members;

Identify team goals and evaluate team progress;

Organize team initiatives;

Develop team strengths and improve weaknesses;

Should own a laptop as we work in a hybrid culture.

Salary – 20-25k per month (Depending on experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
