G.K & Sons Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is Authorized Distributor of Automobile spare parts & Industrial Lubricants and dealing with Mobil Industrial Lubricant ,TATA Genuine Spare Part and Mahindra Genuine Spare Parts

The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees.

Responsibilities

1.State wise Distributor identification and building team accordingly for region wise management of the business.

2.Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together

3.Make key decisions that will affect the company’s direction

4.Build a positive and productive culture in the workplace

5.Communicating, on behalf of the company, with shareholders, government entities, and the public

6.Leading the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategy

7.Creating and implementing the company or organization’s vision and mission

8.Evaluating the work of other executive, Team leaders within the company, including other team members

9.Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.

10.Ensuring that the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business

11.Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized

12.Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
