Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree of Commerce, Income tax, accounting, or finance & GST

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in accounting/finance
• Experience with financial reporting requirements
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas

Job Summary-

• Primary responsibility is the issuing of client requisitions in accordance with the contract and inclusive of all billable company, trade subcontractor, and sub-consultant costs
• Maintain complete project files, including trades, subs, and vendors for the entire duration of the projects
• knowledge of Online filling GST, Income Tax, TDS *
• Good communication skills required (Fluency in English Required )
• Knowledge of E-tender documentations preparations

Responsibilities and Duties

• Negotiate prices for purchase items
• Coordinate with staff for day to day requirement
• Daily follow up with sites reports
• Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis
• Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards

• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements

• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.

• Report to management regarding the finances of establishment

• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
