Essential Duties:
Experience in the whole gamut of Real Estate, Building & Facility Maintenance & Procurement Management including aspects like Housekeeping Management, Safety & Security Management, Cafeteria Management, Asset Management, Vendor Management, Employee Transport Management, Office Expansion matters, Guest House Management, Seating Management, Scrap Management, Corporate Pandemic Control & Vaccination management aspects, BCP management, Annual Budgeting aspects, etc. with a sense of managing all of these through set SOPs, crucial SLAs & performance management aspects.

(a)Be responsible for annual Budgeting – forecasting, spending, reconciliation
(b) Invoice management – validation / investigation, approvals
(c) Reporting spends
3) Facility management
(a) Day-to-day operations, upkeep, and safety
(b) Expansion aspects of office facilities and flexible units within India
(c) Office supplies management etc
(d) Employee meals- managing quality, quantity, timeliness
(e) Handle Audits – external, internal
(f) BCP Management – Manage any exigencies (Chennai rains (flood) for eg)
(g) Vendor management
(h) Transport Management
4) Remote working management –
(a)Travel Management & Accommodation
(b) Travel to office spaces across India (NCR, Bangalore, Chennai) to get a first-hand employee experience
(c) Office space booking as per requests
(d) Courier management- Seamless asset connectivity
(e) Employee welfare (covid care, etc), which may touch some part of HR
What you bring to the table (experience and qualifications):Mandatory:12-15 years of relevant experience in similar backgroundCommunication and presentation skillsMS Office – Excel and PowerPointAbility to manage a team of outsourced service partners.Exposure to building regulatory compliance requirements.Commercial and legal awareness related to the businessAbilities to be a strong organizer, motivator, team-player & team-builder, problem-solving & organizational abilities matter with some track record.,
