Designation: Accountant Executive
Primary Responsibilities: Assist the Chief Finance Manager for his day to day activities.
Manage and track billing, collections, payments
The accountant executive establishes and enforces the accounting principles based on statutory requirements and auditing policy.

Reporting Structure
Reporting to: Chief Finance Manager Position Reporting into this role: None

Required Skill:
Good working knowledge of current accounting software systems & Excellent IT skills (MS Office).
Knowledge about General accounting entry
Knowledge of accounting & Income Tax provision like TDS
Knowledge of GST, Custom duty, Professional tax & Provided fund, etc
Preliminary Knowledge about Exports & Imports of goods & services
Knowledge of accounting standards and accounting practices
Ensuring preparation of financial for all companies as per applicable standards.
Preparation of various audit related working papers and coordination with statutory auditors

Key Result Areas
Internal: External:
Maintain day to day accounts, book keeping
Responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring the work of Co-ordinate & Communicate with GST consultant data entry operator
Able to handle customers & vendor queries related to Coordination with company’s CAs , lawyers , tax accounts consultants, Bankers , etc
Preparation of information for various regulatory compliances like assessment proceedings , return filings,etc

Preparation of monthly financial reports
Reconcile bank statements.
Prepare and post monthly journals.
Preparation of trial balance, Statement of Income and
Expenditure and Financial Position i.e. balance sheet
Montly sales , purchases , recevables & paybles summary

GST

Prepare monthly GST Working & returns
Manage/monitor GST refunds/payments.

TDS & TCS
Maintaining record related TDS & TCS
Co-ordinate with CA firm for filling of TDS & TCS Return

Job description: Job will require through knowledge on all account related internal and externals systems, all kinds of taxation including Income Tax, TDS, GST etc. Follow the Key Responsibility Area given to you.

Completion of Tasks on day to day basis, deadlines of Go for meetings with company’s CA and GST government for taxations. consultant

Chief Finance Manager and Account Executive Executives from CA office and GST Consultants,

Supplier & Customer of the company,
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commerce or business administration with a specialization in accounting &
Fresh Chartered accountant with good article training experience also prefered
Certification in accounting software such as Tally.ERP9, Shree, Miracle and SAP
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Knowledge about Investment in Mutual fund
Knowledge of management systems for all accounting functions including purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll, cash and banking, nominal ledger and stock.
Work Experience:
Must have 3-4 years of experience
