Job Description:
Contacting the students for career guidance and admission assistance
Should be confident, Energetic and Dedicated in assigned work
Excellent Communication skills
Committed and should be a performer
Updating the status of the leads assigned immediately
A graduate in any stream is preferred
Should be Professional and Ethical
Active participation in converting the negative leads into potential ones
Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a telecaller is preferable
Excellent fluency in English and Hindi are mandatory, knowing other languages are an added advantage
