GALAXY FREIGHT PVT LTD Hiring for Senior Executive – Customer Service at Mumbai Full Time

Primary Role Responsibilities & Deliverables

· Will work as an account lead for the customer’s operations from ex-India all locations?

· Be primary contact for all Operations & related KPI deliveries to Customer

· Primary contact for all shippers supplying to customer

· Lead, implement and constantly review SOP processes for the Customer

· Manage and delivery daily operations plan for past, ongoing and future shipments

· Coordinate with nominated carriers, share information with Control Tower/Network and ensure customer objectives are achieved

· Work with back end teams to ensure all SOP compliances in regard to Ops, documentation and visibility systems are managed

· Work with finance team to ensure timely billing and collection of outstanding from vendors/shippers

· Report design, generate and implement timely reports to give visibility to management team members

· At least 2-3 years managing export ocean freight shipments from India with exposure to documentation and operational process

· Active and participative Team Member

· Exposure to Windows based software, awareness of email management including adequate knowledge of MS Office programs

· Ability to communicate effectively in English (Written & spoken formats)

· Graduate from any recognized University

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
