Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.3. Attend meetings and keep minutes of meetings4. Typing, preparing and collating reports5. Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)6. Make travel arrangements for executives7. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure8. Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping9. Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders10. Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible11. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned12. Knowledge of legal agreements and compliances.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR30,000.00 – INR35,000.00 per monthBenefits:
