Roles and Responsibilities:
Compile, analyse & maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and maintain Books of Accounts (knowledge in Tally, Quick Books or Zoho Books is
preferable).
Create periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc
Compile and file GST returns periodically
Compute TDS and prepare TDS returns.
Manage payroll by complying with appropriate regulations. Prepare and file PF and ESI returns.
Handle office operations and related functions.
Leave and attendance management.
Vendor relations, managing payments and related tasks.
Qualifications:
Graduate from Finance or Management background
Fresher or 1-3 years of working experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good people skills and negotiation tactics
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Adaptable to fast-paced and changing working needs
Experience in Tally, Quickbooks or Zoho Books
Experience in GST, TDS, PF/EF, ESI & other Legal Compliances is an added advantage.
