· Preparing monthly reconciliation of debtors & creditors; maintaining Journal, Ledger, Cash Book & Bank Book in the database

· Supervision of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes of the company and verification of accounting records and vouchers and ensure internal checks and controls for each process.

· Drafting MIS Reports for purchase and sale of materials as per management requirements.

· Responsible for preparing monthly & quarterly Vat Return and Vat deposit as per compliances.

· Reviewing and adjusting reimbursement account of employees and informing them in advance for adjustment.

· Responsible for tracking & reporting of capex monthly report of fund utilization on capex as per their budget

· Preparation of product wise Cost Sheets on daily basis.

· Unit costing; process costing.

· Preparation of monthly profitability and variance analysis with their standards.

· Responsible for maintaining MIS & Costing Budget Analysis on monthly basis.

· Comprehensive experience in preparing MIS reports.

· Tracking and preparation of Capex report against capital budget of the organization.

· Responsible for handling of Operational Budgets of the organization

Responsible for preparing the monthly report of fund utilization on capex as per their budget.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per month
