Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Head of Human Resources, located on-site in Sohna. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, such as HR policies, Employee Relations & Engagement, HR management, Talent Management, and HR compliances apart from managing administrative and payroll process. The Head of Human Resources will be a key member of the Executive Management Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles, with at least 10 years of experience in HR management roles

• Expertise in Labor and Employment Law, including compliance with state and federal regulations
• Proven ability to create and implement effective HR policies and practices that align with business objectives and team dynamics
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution, with experience handling sensitive and confidential matters
• Experience in Employee Engagement & Organizational development strategies and implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, Master’s degree preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• High ethical standards, discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
