Roles and Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain regular marketing activity (demand gen campaigns, events, website, etc.) reporting,
Work with Central Business Analysis Team and establish marketing activity tracking and campaign taxonomy
Create Salesforce dashboards, enabling us to pull in the right datasets to build accurate reporting
Establish baselines against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and provide data input by help informing B2B Demand Unit models that forecast revenue, margin, ROI (Return on Investment), CLV and other marketing KPIs
Be the subject matter expert and demonstrate leadership on standardized reporting, experimentation, and analyses to support performance discussions across GE Digital Grid Software Marketing Team
Deliver actionable insights by analyzing the results from marketing activities including demand gen campaigns and events
Utilize advanced analytical techniques to better explain the profile and drivers of target audience behavior, and communicate the results to stakeholders
Provide data and ongoing insight from internal and external sources to drive relevance and timely execution of all marketing activities
Work with Demand Gen and Marcom team to analyze KPIs for A/B testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates on different outlets: Web site, landing pages, etc.

Required Qualifications

5+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience with data analytics / data science and the ability to review data and reports to extract meaningful insights that support driving strategies and decision-making processes in B2B Marketing Analytics
Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets with scripting languages/data science tools such as SQL, R, Python, etc.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (PowerBI and Tableau)
Proficiency with sales and marketing automation systems: Salesforce and Marketo (Adobe Cloud Marketing Platform) xe2x80x93 including the ability to create and use dashboards to track and measure performance
Familiarity with account-based marketing delivery platforms is a plus such as Demandbase.
Understanding of data warehouse fundamentals & platforms
For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Marketing & Digital Demand Creation. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
