This role will take the lead in executing Material Productivity (MP) Programs in the Region by being the focal point for Supplier Warranty, Repair, and Region productivity projects.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and support NRI programs in the region
Manage a funnel of programs that will drive material productivity from product conversions (consumable to repairable) or supplier warranty programs and execute to completion
Work with customer and material teams on opportunities that can drive improved fulfillment for the business and execute to completion
Manage a cross functional project team throughout all phases of a typical project cycle
Gather, analyze, prioritize and execute projects to deliver to financial commitments
Develop and present slides for business segment reviews
Provide leadership and direction for participants and stakeholders
Engage with region leadership and cross function teams to initiate and support region VCP projects
Support Region SWaP and Repair Warehouse management and operations, as needed
Comply with the GEHC QMS, Quality Management policy and applicable laws and regulations

Great time management skills with the capability to manage multiple workloads simultaneously
