As part of the Global Treasury Operations team, the Bank Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for supporting GE HealthCare’s payment & bank reporting infrastructure. The Bank Infrastructure Analyst will manage day-to-day business payment & bank reporting support processes specific to GE HealthCare’s electronic banking systems, system/user administration, payment compliance screening, payment returns/recalls, and coordinating with banks related to service issues. Assist leadership team with developing and building out a fit-for-purpose team for GE HealthCare, including the implementation of stand-alone applications which will include FIS TRAX, Quantum and EBAM modules.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Business Support team responsible for ensuring seamless and effective customer service for Treasury Cash Management platforms and bank processes
Manage business payment and bank reporting support processes related to GEHC’s electronic banking systems
Responsible for system administration (new users, banks, and account setups) and data validation
Support GEHC business users with payment and bank reporting inquiries within required SLAs
Assist and support the implementation of new treasury applications, including: FIS TRAX, QUNATUM and EBAM
Coordinate with banks for service issues pertaining to GE electronic payments and bank reporting.
Manage payment compliance screening process as a first line of defense
Responsible for generating key process metrics for senior management
Manage user access within online banking platforms; ensure proper controls within systems, i.e. segregation of duties, etc.
Assist in documenting policies, processes & procedures needed for Payment & Bank Reporting support, EBTPS Management
Partner cross-functionally w/ IT on system related configuration and enhancements
Support system deployments and upgrades
Support GEHC businesses globally; rotational shifts required to support multiple time zones
Required Qualifications
This role requires basic experience in Finance & Bank Infrastructure.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
MBA or Master’s Degree in Business preferred
4 plus years of relevant experience
