Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Defining data goals, KPI”s OKR that align with the broader organizational Chief Data Office vision

• Translating requirements of large data initiatives into smaller actionable items

• Championing data literacy within the organization and driving adoption rates of needed data insight

• Conducting market assessments, user interviews, and testing to identify opportunities for new products/features

• Applying data science techniques, data engineering processes, and market experimentation tests to deliver customized product experiences

• Managing data governance processes to ensure the reliability, consistency, and quality of the company’s data

• Building and maintaining data infrastructure to ensure optimal performance

• Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to inform data product decisions

• Monitoring and providing feedback on the performance of data products

• Mapping out data personas and consumer profiles to ensure a better understanding of customer needs

• Developing and tracking key metrics to define product success

• Designing and executing various A/B and multivariate tests to shape the next iteration of a product

• Produce recommendations that reflect an understanding of key business drivers including adherence to regulatory and mandatory processes, risk, cost and timescales

Delivery of expected experience- owning

• Design , build and maintain high volume data analytic system that serves analytics applications , visualizations and real time online application

• Working with visualization/dashboard developers to provide data content

• Experience working in a series of product ownership roles for Agile Development scrum and Kanban teams

• Experienced in Cloud technologies and thought leadership

• Coordinates product planning and support on larger highly complex projects typically involving multi-product customer environments, where design is highly complex, to ensure client business needs are met

• responsible for Release Planning – work with R&D to provide and refine estimations for projects, features, epics and stories

• actively participate in the Execution phase by supporting Focus Teams during sprints (business clarifications, adjustments for risk, reprioritizations, changes in scope, approving ‘done’ stories) and you will participate in sprint reviews and actively monitor R&D execution against the plan (together with the program manager)

• will review, approve and design all product enhancement suggestions raised by Delivery, customers, Support and R&D

• You will be responsible for Readiness – you will own and support product readiness activities such as L2 training, sizing, documentation

• Engages frequently (50% of the time) with the development team & 50% with business users.

Needed skills

• Demonstrated work experience of agile/scrum methodology

• Strong ability to manage roadblocks and conflicts leading to resolution to keep the project on track

• Proficiency with a variety of agile project management tools

• Ability to write well-defined User Stories/Use Cases and acceptance criteria

• Demonstrated ability to develop and refine product backlogs

• Understands the data lifecycle journey and Insight lifecycle generation techniques

• Work in cross technical skill and global matrix team including data scientist, analyst, data preparation, data engineer to make things happen.

• Extraordinary communication skills, including large group presentations

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related computer field with Minimum 11+ years of experience in Product Management or as a PO
