We’re looking for a self-motivated and creative person passionate about people management who can work with our lively team for internal communication, strategizing and executing employee engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for improving employee engagement across teams by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.

Developing and delivering the organization’s internal communication strategy, planning and calendar of activity, supporting us to increase levels of employee engagement.

Supporting the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials.

Driving the creation of an employee brand and a more consistent ‘look and feel’ for internal communications.

Initiate and implement innovative team-building and collaborative initiatives that helped improve the organization.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.

Responsible to develop and implement communications, events and engagement plans.

Responsible for CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

Develop comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.

Skills and Qualifications:
Highly creative.

Very strong communication (written and verbal) skills

Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour

Ability to work in a dynamic environment taking accountability for their actions.

Educational Qualifications

Graduation / Post-graduation in HR management
