Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to join our team! You will be planning and implementing training programs, coordinating with trainers to prepare training material and arranging workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to the participants..

Roles and Responsibilities:
Help with research on the latest technologies within the software industry.

Help with evaluation and identification of the training needs of the employees.

Build quarterly and annual training programs.

Coordinate with internal and external trainers to:
Prepare and maintain training materials

Coordinate and manage the training session

Coordinate with mentors and trainees

Manage the internal training portal

Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and trainers.

Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with the marketing team.

Have a program announcement marketing strategy.

Prepare and deliver training courses based on the schedule.

Coordinate with the internal teams and trainees to manage the feedback cycle.

Educational Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

1+ years of experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role.

Knowledge of modern training and teaching methods, like conducting online training courses.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Excellent organisational skills.

Bachelors degree in Education, Training, HR or related field

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Software Industry.
