Offshore Logistics Coordinator – Night Shift (Job ID: 4971)

Accountabilities

The role is accountable to the Head of Logistics Operations with responsibility within the Offshore Operations Centre as the focal point for the coordination of the routing and cargo operations of the chartered Offshore Supply Vessels (OSV s) within Al Shaheen field.

ACTIVITIES

Liaising with all key stakeholders (LOG/FOPS/EC/DW) to ensure vessel schedules are developed to minimize vessel sailings and downtime due to material deliveries and that the material/bulk requirement priorities are agreed with the stakeholders

Ensuring efficient use of vessel deck space to minimize costs by reducing sailings, etc.

Ensure that the bulk requirements are delivered in a timely manner to all rigs and update the vessels routing accordingly

Responding to emergency demands for vessel sailings/re-routings for in-field transfer of

materials or shipping if urgent cargo movements requested from onshore/offshore

Extract and analyses KPI to monitor the logistics performance offshore including fuel consumption, use of mooring buoy, WOW and NPT.

Focal point for internal co-activity monitoring (bi-monthly) meeting

NOC representative for Qatar Energy Co-activity coordination meeting (monthly)

Full time member of NOC Incident Management Team
