Gems Precision Castings Pvt. Ltd. is a Castings Manufacturing Foundry which started its production from the year 2006, located on Chennai – Bangalore Highway and is about 50 Kms away from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

It produces SG iron for a variety of automobile applications. The foundry is built on a 1.4 acres land with 20,000 sq. feet built up area.

Our Vision is to achieve a target of 200 tonnes of good castings every month before the end of the year 2021, with our dedicated team of 125 employees, we are confident that we can fulfill our vision. Our Objective is to achieve this mission.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: Fettling Supervisor – Foundry
Industry : Manufacturing / Automotive / Foundry
Location : Sriperumbdur/Kanchipuram.
Requirement : Diploma or higher
Experience : 2 – 4 Years
Salary : Negotiable (15,000 to 23,000 based on Experience)

FOUNDRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
SHELL MOULD FOUNDRY EXPERIENCE PREFERED.

Job Scope/Expectations:

• Should have experience in managing a team for fettling
• Good man management skills to assist and supervise a team of contract labours
• Strong drive to deliver & acheive dispatch targets
• Atleast 2 years in a foundry with fettling backgroung required
• Work closely with production, heat treatment and final inspection teams to ensure on-time dispatch (quality with quantity)
• Train/Guide contract labours to avoid over-fettling
• To arrange necessary resources to meet operational targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹23,000.00 per month
