Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling IT and non IT requirements from US based clients.
• Sourcing from various Job Portals and social networking sites like Monster, Indeed LinkedIn etc.
• Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
• Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Take end to end interview responsibility till the offer letter is released for the selected candidate.

Qualification & Skills

• Must have good communication skill in English(fluent).
• Must have basic knowledge of Computer MS (word, excel, Power Point).
• Educational Qualification – Minimum Graduate or under Graduate (or equivalent) in any discipline.
• Experience required: Preferred experienced in BPO background, Tele calling etc
• Shift: Fixed Night Shift
• Working time: 6:30 PM 3:45 AM (fixed).
• Working days: Monday-Friday (fixed)
• Salary Range: 10k to 15k + Incentive benefits.
• Cab facility will be given.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
