Full Job Description
Job Summary: The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department in a timely and efficient manner. They assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including maintaining employee records, administering benefits programs, and managing HR systems and databases. The HR Administrator ensures compliance with company policies and regulations, and provides excellent customer service to employees and other stakeholders.Duties and Responsibilities:Maintaining employee records, including updating personal information, employment history, and benefits enrollmentAdministering benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policiesManaging HR systems and databases, including data entry, report generation, and data analysisAssisting with the recruitment process, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checksCoordinating employee training and development programs, such as orientation and onboardingProviding support for employee relations issues, such as investigating complaints and resolving conflictsEnsuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, such as FMLA, ADA, and EEOCProviding excellent customer service to employees, managers, and other stakeholdersPerforming other administrative duties as assigned by the HR managerJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹100,000.00 – ₹200,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Joining bonusPerformance bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work (Preferred)
