This key role demands a highly motivated individual with a strong background in Computer Science/ Software Engineering. You are meticulous, thorough and possess excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of our stakeholders. A self-starter, you are up-to-speed with the latest developments in the tech world.Responsibilities:Monitoring of Azure/AWS instances/servers through monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Oracle enterprise manager, SCOM & NewRelicAddressing basic incidents based on standard operating procedures (SOP) provided.Good know of operating system, databases & middleware architecture, backup, access, and space management.Experience in Infrastructure and OperationsGood Experience in AWS / Azure Cloud operationsStrong communication and written skillsExperience creating technical documentation.Linux and Windows OS AdministrationBachelors degreeQualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualifications / SkillsBachelor’s Degree required.
