- Extend customer support by tele calls to generate maximum business and follow up of collections and customer complaints.
- Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
- Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
- Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients
- Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
- Receive, sort, and track incoming payments.
- Post bills, receipts and invoices
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month
