We are seeking a creative, analytical, and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence, improve our marketing and sales efforts, and engage our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create, manage, and oversee social media content plans that align with business goals.
• Content Creation: Design and produce engaging content for various social media platforms, including text posts, videos, images, and other multimedia formats.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews. Build relationships with influencers and industry professionals.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and use insights to refine and improve strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency and to leverage cross-functional expertise.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and sponsored posts, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage social media advertising budgets efficiently.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role for [X] years.
• Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
